• After an order has been placed, the production time for customisation of phone cases is usually 1-3 working days (Excluding weekends and bank/public holidays) - If the order is placed on Friday after 5pm, it will be processed Monday morning. Other customised items may take longer, you can check this on the items description page

• Once the order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email 

• A signature is not required upon delivery

• Personalised jewellery is made to order and requires 1-4 weeks for production and shipping time

• If the package is believed to be lost in the post the customer is to contact: hi@giftbubble.net and we will investigate the issue
