  • We do not accept any exchanges, unless the item(s) arrives faulty, damaged or if the item(s) are incorrect to your order
  • Claims must be made within 7 business days after receiving the item. Please include photo evidence, reason for return, proof of purchase and order number to: hi.giftbubble.net for authorisation and the return address
  • A replacement of your order will be sent once the original item has been sent back to us
  • Please take care to follow the design guidelines on the product page. Ensure you select the right model for all chosen products and the correct initials or names before placing your order
  • After the order is purchased, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. We unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for customer errors on our made to order items

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the purchased date
  • No refunds after the 14 days
  • Original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless an error was made on our part

  • It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the return item is packaged securely with the original packing, so that it does not get damaged in transit
  • Please obtain a proof of postage receipt when the item is being sent back to us. It is important to do this, as we may not be able to process a refund or replacement in the rare event that the item is lost or damaged in transit on its return
